Tricks, Treats, and Everything in Between<\/h2>\n

Drive-Thru Option<\/h3>\n

HUB International Insurance hosts a drive-thru trick-or-treat option at their location on Coffeen Ave. With the streets overrun by ghosts, goblins and ghouls of every shape and size, a drive-thru trick-or-treat may be the most prudent choice for the fearful. HUB will be passing out candy to cars on Halloween Day, from 3:30-5:30PM.<\/p>\n

Trunk or Treat<\/h3>\n

Halloween for All: even your car. At Fremont Motor<\/a>, on Halloween, kids are encouraged to trick-or-treat from the trunks of local rides and engage in games. Call in advance to get your own car in on the action, costume or not. The event runs from 4:30-6:00PM on Halloween, Oct. 31st.<\/p>\n

Veterans\u2019 Monster Mash<\/h3>\n

The Sheridan VA<\/a> Volunteer Program provides a safe and fun-filled environment for trick-or-treaters at their 4th Annual Monster Mash, held at the VA Medical Center on Halloween night, October 31st, 6-7PM. A great way for kids to both get candy and to give back by bringing Halloween spirit to servicemen and women of the VA. Children must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

Black Tooth’s Halloween Party and Costume Contest<\/h3>\n

Black Tooth Brewery<\/a> kicks off the Halloween festivities with a party and costume contest on Friday, Oct 25th. Wear your costume, enjoy a pint of boo-ze and boo-gie to live music from the Nate Champion Band. Festivities begin at 7:30pm.<\/p>\n

Luminous Brewhouse Halloween Dance Party<\/h3>\n

Luminous Brewhouse<\/a> hosts its own Halloween-themed dance party on Nov 1st . For one night only, the brewhouse will become Luminous Boogie-house for a Halloween Dance Party. Come costumed for your chance to win cash, beer and gift card prizes. Doors open at 7:30pm with costume judging beginning at 8pm. Come Boo-gie and monster mash the night away with DJ Brady.<\/p>\n

Tasting Library Murder Mystery Party<\/h3>\n

The Tasting Library<\/a> cordially invites you to sip on wine while solving the most mysterious of murders. Sign up for your character and reserve your spot at the Ravenwood Masquerade Murder, on October 26th at 6pm. Come for the murder, stay for the vino: The Tasting Library boasts more than 100 wines available for sale, and 60 bottles on tap.<\/p>\n

Pumpkin Carving Competition<\/h3>\n

Koltiskta Distiller<\/a>y is hosting a free pumpkin carving competition on Saturday, Oct 26th. BYOT (Bring your own tools) and Koltiska will supply the pumpkins. Prizes awarded for the funniest, scariest and most unique pumpkin. Come carve your pumpkin masterpiece anytime between 12pm – 5pm.<\/p>\n

JCSCS PASS Haunted Extravaganza<\/h3>\n

Chills and thrills await at the JCSCS PASS Haunted Extravaganza. There will be a tactile display and crafts for kids, a Haunted House, photo booth, raffle, bake sale, fortune telling, giveaways, and hot drinks. Cost is $5 per person or $20 for a family up to 6. Held at the Exhibit Hall at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds on Oct 30 (6:30pm – 9pm) and Oct 31 (6pm-10pm).<\/p>\n

Verdello\u2019s Murder Mystery Dinner (SOLD OUT)<\/h3>\n

Verdello Cooking School<\/a> is hosting a horror-infused whodunnit dinner on Halloween night, Oct 31st from 5:30-8:30PM. Come in costume and witness some savagery, solve a murder mystery and chomp down on Halloween-themed haute-cuisine prepared by Chef Lindsey.<\/p>\n

Kalif Shrines\u2019 Tunnel of Terror<\/h3>\n

The Kalif Klowns\u2019 annual haunted house, The Tunnel of Terror<\/a>, runs Oct 24-26, starting at 6PM.
\nA special family rate of $20 is offered, convenient for those who believe in strength in numbers and whose preferred haunted-house-formation is a huddle. Overall, a great few nights for coulrophobia (the irrational fear of clowns).<\/p>\n

Morning Mayhem Halloween Run<\/h3>\n

Sprint, saunter or streak (don\u2019t really) your way into Halloween weekend on October 27 at the Morning Mayhem Halloween 5K Run. An accompanying 1-mile \u201cSpooky Sprint\u201d will be held for kids in the same location. Costumes are highly encouraged; prizes will be awarded for the best costumes amongst guys, girls and little ghouls of both genders. Show up to the Sheridan Recreation District Office<\/a>\u00a0by 8:30AM on the 27th to register.<\/p>\n

Brinton Museum: Things that Go Bump in the Night<\/h3>\n

Grade-school Ghosts and Goblins (ages 12 and under) will have their grisly work cut out for them at the Brinton<\/a>\u2019s Annual Halloween Extravaganza on October 26th, from 2-4PM. Participants will receive a Trick-or-Treat bag and be sent on an all-things-Halloween tour of the Brinton grounds replete with prizes and scary stories. Free admission for participants and their parents.<\/p>\n

Downtown Halloween Parade<\/h3>\n

The Sheridan Jaycees are hosting their annual Downtown Halloween Parade on October 26th. The costume contest and parade start at 10:00am at the WYO Theater, followed by trick-or-treating at downtown businesses from 10:30am on; bring your costumed kiddos downtown and get a head start on filling those pillowcases.<\/p>\n

WYO Theater: Frankenstein<\/h3>\n
