Courage Whispers On The Wind:

Immerse yourself in four days exploration of the cultural and historic events leading to the cataclysmic wiping out of Custer. Hear the Lakota and Cheyenne stories and perspectives, and visit important surrounding sites such as the sacred Deer Medicine Rocks, the Rosebud battlefield (known to Cheyennes as 'The Fight Where The Girl Saved Her Brother') the Crow's Nest, the Morass and the Indian village
  • Day 1  The Rosebud Battle (known to Cheyennes as the Fight Where the Girl Saved Her Brother)  the preliminaries to the 1876 Campaign.
  • Day 2  Advance up the Rosebud on the trail the 7th Cavalry took as they followed the trail of the Lakota and Cheyenne, The Deer Medicine Rocks where Sitting Bull’s vision of soldiers falling upside down into camp is carved high in the rock.
  • Day 3  From the Busby camp to the Crow’s Nest, onto the Morass, the Lone Tipi site and then hear of Reno’s advance.
  • Day 4  The Reno fight, then the fateful Custer fight unfolds before you as Cheyenne and Lakota perspectives are explained in situ. Stories have been told by many, but the truth lies within the land. See the realities. Listen! Courage still whispers on the wind.
