Wyoming's Golf Capitol
Sheridan is the Golf Capitol of Wyoming! The area’s four mountain-view championship courses offer fantastic and reasonably-priced golf within a 35 mile drive of this warm and bustling community:

The Powder Horn offers a 27-hole championship course, rated in GolfWeek's top 100 in the nation! Its natural beauty features the Mountain Nine resembling a Scottish links course, the Stag Nine target golf with an Old West flavor, and the Eagle Nine’s surprising length and creative shot-making opportunities. The 2005 grand opening of a multi-million dollar golf club house, serves your golf, dining and other relaxation needs.

Kendrick Golf Course, established in 1935, is rated in the top 5 courses in Wyoming by Golf Digest magazine. Located just 3 miles west of town, the 18 holes, 6,800 yards and par 72 course offers premiere golf and practice facilities for every level of play. Kendrick has a fully-stocked pro shop and restaurant, and provides private lessons from a PGA golf instructor.

Kendrick Golf CourseLocated within the city limits, Sheridan Country Club, offers nine greens with separate tee boxes for 18 hole play. Big Horn Mountain vistas are viewed from every hole, with a pro shop and restaurant filling out course amenities.

And located just 35 miles down the road is the Buffalo Golf Club. Fun to play, at the base of the Big Horns, with mature, tree-lined fairways, and lots of up and down play.
